Sinfonía del Nuevo Mundo

From the inner world to the New World. We present one of the most outstanding batutas in the current scene, that of the French director Chloé Van Soeterstède, with clear gestures and always expressive readings. We will reunite with violoncellist Nadège Rochat on her second visit to the season, this time with the moving Concierto para violonchelo by Elgar, a work of intimate confidence and orchestral tension. In the second part, the Sinfonía nº 9 "del Nuevo Mundo" by Dvořák will fill the stage with melodic breadth and rhythmic drive. An intense programme, of great symphonic scope.
