L'Albada

While Barcelona prepares for the 1992 Olympic Games, Alba, a History student, begins an investigation that leads her to discover silenced episodes of Spain's past. Accompanied by her professor and another young researcher, she delves into a research project spanning the civil war, the postwar period, and the transition, drawing on testimonies, archives, and memories that many prefer to forget. Directed by Oriol Broggi and performed by a young company of eleven actors and actresses, the work combines emotion, historical memory, and personal relationships in a story about the weight of the past and the need to remember.
