Gran Gala Flamenco

The most-watched flamenco show in Barcelona's history. Gran Gala Flamenco offers its audience an integral journey into the world of flamenco, where you will find everything imaginable about this art: castanets, fans, beautiful and sensual dresses, and original music. This ensemble is the reason it has maintained 18 years of uninterrupted programming. Unlike tablaos, in our shows the audience witnesses choreographies, created by acclaimed dance companies from Catalonia and Spain. A unique show, a succession of sensations, derived from rhythms that define flamenco art, intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The audience will travel through the different "pals" of flamenco (rhythmic patterns) such as "bulería", festero and alegre, "soleá" solemn and intense, "alegría" dynamic and relaxed, "tango", "guajira", "farruca". Presenting the new generation of Catalan artists, Gran Gala Flamenco offers the perfect union between heart and soul, music and dance, passion and rhythm.
