As part of Correllengua 2026, the local group of Plataforma per la Llengua in Canet de Mar has organised a tribute event to Josep Maria Espinàs scheduled for 22 October. The event, titled «Gràcies per tant: Lluís Llach and Isabel Martí remember Josep Maria Espinàs», will take place at 19.30 h at the Sala Odèon of the Teatre Municipal de Canet de Mar. The event will begin with the reading of the Correllengua 2026 Manifesto and will continue with a discussion featuring Isabel Martí and Lluís Llach, two people who knew Josep Maria Espinàs very closely.
