Animals de companyia

A comedy about friendship, egos, envy, and sincerity. A bitter comedy, like life... A group of friends gather to celebrate a welcome dinner on the day Beth returns home after being hospitalized for a psychiatric disorder for several months. The surprise party, which was intended to be, becomes complicated when one of the friends confesses a secret and the dirty laundry of all the characters comes out. In a realistic comedy tone, the play questions the values of friendship and sincerity in a story of egos and envy that confirms that loneliness and the need for affection can turn us all into company animals.
