The play presents Inés at the wake of Pilar, a woman who left her house as an inheritance without ever having met her and without notifying her own granddaughter, Leo. This fact triggers the discovery of an unknown past that opens old family wounds dating back to the Civil War and the Women's Section. Through four women—Pilar, Marisol, Leo, and Inés—the piece reflects on the weight of emotional inheritances and the search for freedom, a place some called France. It is a story of memory, silence, and reconciliation with the stories passed from generation to generation.
