MASCULINITAT(S) A LA PANTALLA

Co-programmed activity with Cineclub Diòptria. Masculinity has become an important debate agenda, especially due to criticisms of normative masculinity models developed in different parts of the world by feminist movements or civil rights movements. Part of the far right has made the claim of masculinity the banner for defending a social order threatened by these movements. Cinema in general, and short films in particular, are not strangers to this. Cineclub Diòptria proposes a short film session to reflect on masculinities through cinema.
