Do all the 'fallen' of the education system end up there? The law of gravity begins with a statement. A young secondary school teacher explains a violent incident he has experienced in the classroom. Today, in front of the commission investigating him, he has the opportunity to explain himself, to give his version. An expelled student feels he does not fit into this system. Throughout the day he will wander around the city trying to find answers, keeping distance from a school he seems he will never return to. Surely the teacher and the student have more things in common than they think. Through the words of one and the other, the piece raises questions about responsibility, guilt and the cracks in the education system that affect both students and teachers.
