Festival Internacional de Pallassos 2026

The International Clown Festival of Cornellà de Llobregat "Memorial Charlie Rivel" is a biennial event created in 1984 to pay tribute to Charlie Rivel and promote the sociocultural value of the art of clowning. Considered one of the most prestigious festivals in Europe, it has consolidated as an international reference that combines tradition and innovation, bringing together artists from all over the world. The 21st edition, under the motto "Laughing in danger of extinction", claims laughter as a collective heritage that must be preserved in front of an increasingly complex and demanding world. The festival defends the clown as a necessary figure to foster tenderness, reflection and humanity, turning Cornellà into a meeting space where laughter is presented as an act of resistance, rehumanization and social transformation.
