Concert de cambra III

Solistes of the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra This programme brings together diverse sonic identities, united by the heartbeat of rhythm and cultural memory. Nikos Skalkottas's Five Greek Dances distill the popular spirit into a modern and tense language; Albert Guinovart's premiere work for oboe and chamber orchestra opens a space for contemporary lyricism and introspection; and Piazzolla's Las cuatro estaciones porteñas, arranged by Desyatnikov, closes the journey with urban passion, vibrancy, and timelessness. A stroll through the characters of music.
